for the fe club meeting we attending that day,i knew its oer but i had to say it out.
we were rude in the meeting?we making bad reactions??
first ,think back..
when we start entering the room,everything is fine.when the meeting eeps going on ,i found that the guy that sitting in the middle ,william if i am not wrong..he always turn his head over the other side ..i knew we canot do anything for this,we are just small members and new comer in the meeting....
what actually realy make me feel fxxking is that when someone in us said out the problem of taking care of the members item..after the "higher level of management team" dscussed,they just simply made decisions that ask the members to throw their bags in te cafeteria and nobody there to take care of it,izit?when i try to ask out my question ,one of them just stood up and response rude to us!wtf!i was just trying to help u all,n u treat me like that...
i dun think its our fault ,we just treat them back as how they treat us ,and do we made any disturbing to the meeting?i dont think so...
so ,what for we apologize?

senior junior difference thoery: in the eyes of a more superior individual, the one's that are either younger or in the more lacking of experience will be ignored or might be under the sense of potraying dissatisfaction towards the latter, no matter how 'good' thier suggestions may be.
What to do? We don't have to stoop to thier level. So we apologize for showing faces, but we do not apologize for attending the meeting.
If they have half a brain with any juice left in them they'll see it our way.
